A new vegan cafe and one of the first in the central valley, our approach is to introduce a new type of vegan foods that many aren’t familiar with. Our mission’s to bring awareness of a new and better way to eat your greens!

STORY
Owner TJ and his wife Jenny Nguyen have been vegans for well over 2 decades and have been sharing their healthy lifestyle and passion for a tasty meatless dish that everyone can enjoy.
That has been passed down to 2 generations in the family and to our newest additions, Thien Kim & Thien Nga are the inspiration behind the TNK name and is also the driving force to continue sharing our great vegan lifestyle.
